Refund & Return Policy

A note before the details: every piece in our shop is made just for you, printed on demand after you order. That makes returns and exchanges a little different than a traditional shop. We've done our best to write a policy that's fair to you and sustainable for us. If something goes wrong, please reach out — we will do our best to make it right.

What we replace or refund

We'll replace or refund your order, free of charge, if:

— Your item arrives damaged or defective
— The wrong item was sent to you
— There's a clear printing error (faded ink, misaligned design, etc.)

To request a replacement or refund, email us at prairiecreekadventures@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with:

1. Your order number
2. A clear photo of the issue
3. A short description of what's wrong

What we can't accept returns on

Because each piece is custom-printed for you, we're not able to accept returns or refunds for:

— A change of mind after delivery
— Items that don't fit (please use the size guide on each product page carefully before ordering)
— Color expectations that don't match your screen (every monitor renders color a little differently, and garment-dyed cotton in particular has natural variation)

Sizing

If you're between sizes, we suggest sizing up. Our tees are unisex and run true to size, with a relaxed but not oversized fit. Detailed measurements are listed on each product page.

Lost packages

If your package is lost in transit, we'll work with the carrier to locate it. If it can't be recovered, we'll replace your order. See our Shipping Policy for more on what to do if your tracking goes quiet.

Order changes and cancellations

We're a small team, but production starts quickly. If you need to change or cancel your order, email us within 12 hours of placing it. After that, we can't guarantee we'll catch it before it goes to print.
