Where we ship

We ship worldwide. Our products are printed and shipped on demand from our nearest print partner — the United States, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Canada, and Australia. The closest facility to your address handles your order automatically, which usually means faster delivery and lower shipping costs.

Processing time

Because each piece is made just for you, please allow 2 to 7 business days for production before your order ships. Most orders are made within this window, though particularly busy seasons (holidays, around viral moments — it happens) may add a day or two.

Shipping time after production

Once your order is on its way, delivery typically takes:

— United States: 3 to 7 business days
— United Kingdom: 3 to 6 business days
— European Union: 4 to 8 business days
— Canada: 4 to 10 business days
— Australia and New Zealand: 4 to 10 business days
— Rest of world: 7 to 21 business days

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Please check tracking before reaching out — most shipping questions are answered there.

Customs, duties, and taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or import taxes assessed by your country's customs authority. These are not included in our shipping rates and are the responsibility of the recipient. We're unable to mark packages as gifts or undervalue them for customs purposes.

Lost or stuck packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in over a week, or if your package is marked delivered but you haven't received it, please email us at [your email] and we'll work with you to make it right. We're a small team and we genuinely care.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't redirect packages once they've shipped, and orders returned to us due to incorrect addresses may incur a reshipping fee.
